Michael’s love of wine goes back just as far, having been introduced to the beverage by a former employer back in his public accounting days. After a couple of decades of learning about wine, attending events, visiting wineries and vineyards, and tasting as much wine as he possibly could, he had the amazing luck to meet Eve Bushman. As Contributing Editor for Eve’s Wine 101, he does his best to bring as much information as possible about wine to Eve’s Wine 101 faithful readers.
Now, as Vice President of Eve Bushman Consulting, Michael works with Eve to provide to a select group of clients his personal attention for promoting their wine-oriented businesses and events. Using a combination of social media and traditional marketing methods, as well as showing clients how to more effectively do their own marketing, Eve Bushman Consulting also provides operational help, focusing on how the level of products and service can be improved. So, not only does the marketing effort “bring them in”, the quality of the customers’ experiences help to ensure to “bring them back”.
Whether the client is wine-oriented or not, Michael brings to the table his decades of experience and possesses a keen understanding of how marketing efforts and changes in operating costs and structure can impact the bottom line.
